Meet Roscoe Jenkins or that is what Dallas Animal Shelter named him. He originally came to the shelter as a stray and spent a short time with a foster until he did not do so well with the Foster's cats - so NO CATS for him. He was friendly at DAS and has puppy like energy. He has been with our rescue since he was tagged and pulled on 6/7/2023.
